Welcome to Adsborough House Stables. We are a small friendly family run centre, established in 1977 and located in the pretty village of Thurloxton, Taunton.
We offer riding instruction from 3 years upwards, for individuals or groups, and have specialised for many years in nervous and novice riders. We also provide hacking, stable days and stable management instruction and have also held many successful children’s and hen parties where catering can be provided but is optional.
We are fully licensed by Taunton Deane Borough Council and fully insured. We are also a registered approved provider for Somerset County Council (Schools, social services, disabled etc) and have served them for many years. We have an excellent safety record.
All safety equipment including helmets, boots etc are available for use.

Meet the Horses
All these horses and ponies have been specially selected for their temperaments and are well tried and tested. Some have been here many years and taught lots of pupils to be happy, safe, confident riders.
